One Lincoln Park, the 32-story condominium high-rise under construction on Block 177 in Downtown Denver is a 187-unit condo development that broke ground in March 2006. It is expected to be completed in late 2008. With it's rounded roof, and other custom design elements , One Lincoln Park will make a noticeable impact on the Denver skyline. Designed by Buchanan Yonushewski Group, one of the most sought after design/build groups in the region, it is a magnificient piece of work. The RB Interior team was asked to provide and install over 20,000 ft of trim, over 6000 individual cabinet pieces, custom woodworking around lights, and wall paneling throughout the hallways.
