Administration

Our Administration Team has a high attention to detail and focuses on keeping our customers and employees happy. RB Interior Trim is made up of over 120 employees and subcontractors and has relationships with over 100 clients and partners. This requires a heavy amount of administrative work that needs to be handled on a daily basis.

Engineering

Estimation, Design, and Purchasing

Our Engineering Department consists of 10+ people. They are tasked with project estimation, cabinet design, and purchasing. In partnership with CSU, RB has an Internship program that brings the brightest of design, engineering, and construction majors to work for RB. Our Computer Design Center rotates in up to 8 people and usually has 4 people working in it at any given time.

Production

Cabinet and Trim Production

RB operated two state of the art production facilities in Fort Collins, Colorado and Oberlin, Kansas. These 30,000 sq ft. facilities lead the industry in CAD/CAM and CNC technology. We specialize in providing cabinetry that fits all needs, whether it is for a high-end custom job, or for a more budget-oriented project where economy is the main goal. We employe 25 highly skilled craftsmen to ensure we can stand behind our products. We also work directly with manufacturers to ensure no matter the carpentry job, RB can undertake it.

Logistics

Transportation and Logistics for all site materials and tools

RB operates a fleet of 19 trucks including four 25-foot box trucks, one 38-foot Semi truck, three 18-foot trailers, and 11 project trucks. Our logistics crew is capable of transporting material and tools to sites anywhere in the Rocky Mountain Region. At any given time RB is handling the logistics of 20+ sites and are moving anywhere from 30,000-40,000 feet of trim, and 100-400 cabinets a week.

Field Installers

Trim and Cabinetry Install

RB has a large staff of field installers and subcontractors to ensure we can take on any job large or small. Our 9 Project Managers are excellent at dealing with customer concerns and ensuring successful project completion. Our 90+ installers are on flexible work teams, capable of switching to any of our 20+ ongoing projects. This allows RB to give reasonable assurance that we can complete all of our projects on time. We also have operations located in Colorado at Steamboat Springs and Winter Park, as well as in Park City, Utah and Oberlin, Kansas.

Management

Scott Busteed - Owner

Scott Busteed is the owner of RB Interior Trim. Scott attended Doane College on an athletic scholarship and later transferred to Colorado State University. While working in Colorado State's Computer Technology Department, he was offered a position as a technology purchaser for the University of Northern Colorado. He took this position and remained for ten years. Here he also began coaching club volleyball, gaining experience in managing a team, responsible decision-making, and creating trust in those dependent on him. After his position at UNC, he began working as a subcontractor, and became familiar with woodworking, cabinetry, and trim, a field he today manages.

In Scott's Words:

As President of RB, I believe that successful Project Management is what sets RB apart in satisfying our customers. I am committed to product quality and good workmanship practices, a belief that has created a sustainable company that continues to foster and grow relationships with our clients and contractors. In the interest of the longevity of the company, I strive for us to focus on the future over the dollar.

For me, working at RB is about creating an environment of empowerment instead of delegation. We hire quality employees and retain them by creating a comfortable environment where loyalty, fair treatment, and quality over quantity of work are stressed. Our plan for the future is continued growth in a company whose commitments to employees and customers are constantly attested to with the effort of our people and the demand for our work.

Albert Haller - Vice President

Albert Haller is the Vice President of RB Interior Trim. He attended the School of Architecture at the University of Nebraska, and has a long history in the construction field. Albert has been working in construction since 1979, where he began at a general contracting firm. He worked as an installer for fifteen years, eventually becoming an assistant superintendent. Later, he opened his own cabinet shop in which he designed, built, and installed cabinets for eight years. He also worked as a project manager for millwork companies and as a draftsman for general contractors (way back when, before CAD on computers was invented). He also has invaluable experience with the commercial construction industry, whether in the field, at a drafting board, or as a negotiating subcontractor.

In Albert's Words:

As a cabinetmaker, I've learned that it's necessary to give unerring attention to detail when working with our products. This is a characteristic that we have continuously worked into the quality of RB's work.

Throughout my professional life, I have gained experience in working with people and helping them to be successful, whether as teams of employees or client groups. The bunch that has taught me the most is my family, which includes five children and several pets. After a road trip with this group, handling a business seems like a vacation.

Rob Parrish - Operations Manager

Rob Parrish is the Operations Manager at RB Interior Trim. He went to Hastings College where he obtained degrees in mathematics and physics. He attended the school on an athletic scholarship and played college football and tennis. Rob has worked for Martine Marietta where he held the position of Test Conductor and Engineer. He led a team working on the Magellan Spacecraft, a project which taught him that "no matter what, you have to get the job done." This is an ethic he believes is essential to RB Interior as a company. He has also worked for Safety Construction Supply in Denver where he conducted safety demonstrations and sold safety equipment. This experience has helped RB to offer its employees a solid working environment, and give its customers a secure product.

In Rob's Words:

My position entails hiring employees and ensuring that jobs stay on schedule. We do an excellent job at RB of creating a relaxed atmosphere that makes our employees enjoy their work and gives us near zero turnover. I feel one of the most important aspects of my job is helping our employees to meet their goals in reaching their desired position at RB. I am very "hands-on" and work hard to make sure our projects run smoothly and our clients are satisfied.

With a company of our size we have the benefit of flexibility. Each job we undertake at RB is unique in its requirements, and because of this it is important that we focus on bringing the right people and the right equipment for whatever the task at hand. My job is ensuring we do this for every customer, every time. I am committed to helping our customers complete any project they have undertaken.
